Late last-night, long after the boys bed time, we were out watching the fireworks. It was a lot of fun for all of us, setting off our own fireworks, munching on the parade candy, and then watching the big light show. I took several pictures of Chesley and I, but every time Chesley insisted on watching the sparkler he was holding. :) What was I thinking!? Who wants to look at the camera when they can watch the cool sparkler?
And that picture of the fireworks is probably the only one of several (40?) that I took that actually came out! About 4 seconds of exposure and a somewhat steady hand!
Actually Karl, that picture was three of forty that you took. I “gimped†it. I wanted to post a cool picture of the fireworks but all the pictures didn’t have enough action in them. So I opened three different pictures up in Gimp and put them all together into one. It was fun trying to figure out just where each one should be placed. Anyhow, it looks cool! Don’t you think so?
Of course it looks good… though I wish it was original. Ha!
